On a recent trip out of town my wife and I had lunch at a small bistro. For dessert I ordered the Chocolate Tulip.
My wife likes her tulips in a vase but I have to say I could get used to Tulips like this!
A hand made Bowl of White and Dark Chocolate shaped in the form of a Tulip.
Filled with a rich and thick Chocolate Mousse, garnished with Whipped Cream
The plate drizzled with Balsamic Glaze. A beautiful bouquet, and very delicious!!
